Albion Court is a modern development of 46 retirement flats, of which there are four different layouts. There are 25 one-bedroom flats and 21 two-bedroom flats, plus as of 2019, there is also a managers flat, although this is due to be sold.
The residents Communal Lounge is used regularly for afternoon tea, bingo evenings, fish and chip suppers and entertainment evenings. Residents can of course also use the lounge for quiet time or reading.
There is a laundry room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers, open 8am until 8pm seven days a week, with no charge for the machines.
There is a guest suite for visitors. This has two single beds, tea making facilities and bathroom. The room is just £10 per night for up to 2 guests and can be used for a maximum of three weeks.
The large gardens are well looked after, with the main rear garden area having a table and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the Sun.
