This could be the start of something big, in fact the potential opportunities at this detached bungalow are really quite exciting.
Sitting within what is arguably one of the most sought-after private roads in Ramsden Bellhouse, this four-bedroom detached bungalow with a footprint of approximately 1800 ft.² occupies an established plot of approximately 0.42 of an Acre.
Positioned well back from the road, if you were to redevelop the property, you would have options to extend on the front, sides or rear thus creating the potential to have a substantial two-storey home of almost 5000 ft.².
Of course, being a bungalow and with four bedrooms already as well as two reception rooms, a shower room and bathroom the existing accommodation could be considered as quite adequate for most family requirements. In addition, with further thought and inspiration could also be reconfigured within the existing structure to create the style of accommodation to suit modern expectations.
As mentioned, the property sits approx 98' back from the private road and therefore enjoys a a most generously sized front garden with a long driveway which leads up to the attached garage. The rear garden is again a lovely feature of this home, the established and well-stocked borders with a vast array of shrubs and evergreens give a good level of privacy.
Interested applicants are advised that this property is being offered for sale with the advantage of no onward chain and would therefore be available to facilitate a speedy transaction if one was required.

A bit of history: At the beginning of the 20th century, Homesteads Ltd of the Strand in London bought the estate of 'Ramsden Hall' along with part of the 'Ramsden Park' estate, and the village of Ramsden Bellhouse as we know it now, was born.
It was originally built as a 'bungalow estate' with only a few detached houses dotted here and there. There were several different optional designs - I have a few prints of the original flyers which make interesting reading - with prices from £275!!
Many of the houses you see now in the village started life as these bungalows and have been greatly extended out of all recognition, although a few retain the angled front room, which helps identify them.
Most of the plots were an acre, but some buyers bought two or more to create Smallholdings, hence why there are a real mixture of plot sizes throughout the village.
The Energy-Efficiency Rating is a measure of a home's overall efficiency. The higher the rating, the more energy-efficient the home is, and the lower the fuel bills are likely to be.
