For those who are not so familiar with the appeal and attraction of the Lake Avenue CM12 0AJ location, here is a short introduction into why this is such a loved and well respected road within the historic town of Billericay.
Lake Avenue is a no through road and as the name would suggest, adjoins Lake Meadows, a 40 acre park with a fishing lake, crazy golf and a stylish café that serves an excellent bacon sandwich. In addition to Lake Avenues' convenience for the railway station, its equally sought after for its locality to local respected schools both state and private, but of course also the picturesque High Street with its balance of independently owned shops, bars and restaurants that help create a welcoming cosmopolitan feel to this towns growing appeal.

We feel with Lake Avenue being a no through road made up of generous sized plots and high end properties, it is unlikely over the future years that the much loved dynamics of this road will change and so therefore the appeal will only continue to grow with time.
